I am always fearful of an elastic waist adding bulk where we don&#39;t need bulk! However your suggestions about exacting your waist fit and using a fabric like charmeuse for the casing are terrific. I also like how you styled the garment with a belted jacket - even if the casing added a tad of bulk -- you expertly camouflaged it with your styling!
